We are looking for experienced, certified professionals who are:

Certified Coaches: Our coaches are credentialed through the International Coaching Federation or have equivalent training and certification(s) through a recognized and approved coaching organization. In addition, all coaches must have a minimum of 100 hours of coaching experience.
Experienced Professionals: Our coaches have a strong background in one or more coaching specialties, such as:
- Career development and transition
- Executive leadership
- Life and relationship coaching
- Health and wellness
- Entrepreneurship and small business development
Passionate About Veterans: Our coaches do not need to be a veteran, but have a deep appreciation for the sacrifices veterans and their families have made and a desire to help them succeed.

No, you do not need to be a veteran. We welcome coaches from all backgrounds who are passionate about helping veterans and their families succeed.
Stand Beside Them coaches are all volunteers. Your contribution of time and expertise is invaluable to our mission.
Coaches are not asked to coach more than one client a year. The frequency of coaching sessions is flexible and based on your availability and the needs of the veterans you are matched with
Coaches work with veterans on a wide range of goals, including career transitions, leadership development, personal growth, health and wellness, and entrepreneurship.
