Each effort required creating unique spaces to explore opportunities for reflection with each unique client. He received his Doctor of Education in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California and holds multiple certifications such as the Leadership Coaching Certificate from Georgetown University, Associate Certified Coach (ACC), International Coaching Federation (ICF), Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma- Green Belt.

He was a guest speaker in 2022 at the U.S. Department of Defense Coaching Symposium. He serviced Australia, Germany, Iraq, Italy, South Korea, and the United States as an U.S. Army Officer for 23 years.
Arlyn Anderson

Arlyn Anderson, is a professional certified coach (PCC, CPCC), educator and consultant. She received her coach training from Coaches Training Institute (CTI). In addition, she holds a Master’s degree in Human Development from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota and a Bachelor’s degree in Mental Health and Deaf Studies. Arlyn’s education and coaching career is dedicated to helping people approach school, work and relationships with a sense of balance, personal integrity and wholeness. Arlyn also is a credentialed interpreter of American Sign Language and is experienced in working with persons who are managing mental and physical disabilities. She is also a certified Compassion Fatigue (CF) educator and works with caregivers to restore their depleted energy reserves and practice self-care to avoid “Compassion Fatigue”.

Belinda is a coach who enjoys working with her clients to learn their strengths and help them remove obstacles to their personal or professional success. Her bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems came from Arizona State University, followed by a Master’s degree in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University. Belinda has a strong background in global business and computer information systems, ranging from corporate to small, entrepreneurial start-ups. She worked in training and organizational development for a major microchip technology company and prior to that she worked in HR recruitment for an IT security consulting firm. She has also been an entrepreneur, where she helped small businesses and non-profits to develop strategies on data analytics. Several non-profits from Tempe, AZ have benefitted from Belinda’s volunteer work, including Women for Change. At the local Toastmasters she helps mentor new members in communication and leadership development. She is an ACC Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Throughout Belinda’s career, she has created three successful businesses, worked in the global aviation industry for the leasing of commercial aircraft and had ownership of a large architectural, engineering and construction firm. She now focuses her efforts on supporting and inspiring others to define and achieve success. As an executive coach centered on leadership development, Belinda provides one-on-one coaching and team coaching as well as leadership retreats and strategic planning services. Most of Belinda’s clients are in engineering, manufacturing, construction or utilities, but she also serves other corporate clients and organizations. On a volunteer basis, she has worked with adults who are at a transitional point in their lives, foster youth organizations and collegiate athletes in preparation for independent living. She welcomes the opportunity to work with anyone starting a new business, transitioning into a different career or those simply wanting to achieve more. Anya has worked in federal service for almost 20 years, including a deployment to the Middle East.
