Carol is an organization development professional and certified coach with over 20 years experience in a wide range of industries throughout the U.S. Carol has served in both internal and external consulting capacities, and was Director of Organization Development and Training in a major health care facility managing a staff of 14. She has been a Master Trainer for a number of organizations, and is a distinguished member of the International Association of Facilitators. Carol recently received her certification by the Global Team Coaching Institute, and is actively involved in providing coaching for virtual teams. Carol brings passion and compassion to her coaching practice, and is committed to helping people bring the best out of themselves. To supplement her coaching sessions, Carol has a robust library of articles, videos, etc., that she shares with her clients.

She has served as a coach for Federal, private sector, and law enforcement clients.
She has over 37 Years of experience working with the Federal Government. She spent 21 of those years working for the Department of the Army. She is also a professional trainer and consulting in the field of Diversity and Inclusion, Equity, and Equal Employment Opportunity. Cathy Carroll

Cathy Carroll is founder and President of Legacy Onward, Inc., a leadership coaching firm specializing in family business leadership.
After growing up around her grandfather’s business, Cathy pursued a 20-year corporate career as an actuary at Hewitt Associates and a corporate executive at Sabre Inc., and United Airlines before leaving to run her father’s business. As President & COO of Pro Equine Group, she was responsible for five companies that manufacture and distribute equipment serving the team roping market.
After turning the company around, Cathy left to start Legacy Onward, bringing leadership coaching services to family businesses.
Cathy earned a leadership coaching certificate at Georgetown University, an MBA at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a BA at Boston College. She is also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) in the International Coaching Federation. Cathy’s brother served in the Marine Corps for four years.

Dr. Celia (Renteria) Szelwach is an Army veteran, senior-rated parachutist, and co-founder of PCS2 Consulting LLC. She has been practicing OD, leadership development and coaching, and change management for over 30 years and held various leadership and consulting positions, most recently as Director of Organizational Development for a local government agency. Since transitioning from military service, she worked with Fortune 50 food and beverage, Fortune 100 defense, durable manufacturing, pharmaceutical, health care, professional services, federal government, higher education, and non-profits.
Celia holds certifications as an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Board Certified Coach (BCC), Trauma-Informed Coach (TIC), yoga teacher, Project Management Professional (PMP), Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, and DDI Leadership Master Trainer. She is certified to administer several leadership, personality, and 360 instruments. Celia graduated from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and holds an MBA in International Trade and a Doctorate in Business Administration. She completed the Level 2 ICF-accredited Executive and Professional Coaching Graduate Certificate Program at the University of Texas in Dallas.
Celia is married to an Army combat veteran, and her coaching focuses on executive leadership, team development, and navigating career and life transitions. She published "Life As A Tapestry: A Poetry Memoir" in 2024.

Chaplain (Col.) Jay Johns

Chaplain and Colonel Jay Johns is Executive Director of the Armed Forces Chaplains Board and served as a both a National Guard Chaplain and a US Army Chaplain. Prior to his role as Executive Director, he served as the Command Chaplain for North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) and United States Northern Command (USNORTHCOM). He is endorsed by the Baptist General Convention of Texas and holds the credential of Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF). He graduated from University of Texas at Austin with a degree in History and later from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, TX with a Master of Divinity degree. During his time as a US Army Chaplain he completed the Army’s Advanced Civilian Schooling program and graduated with a Master of Theology from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. In addition to that, he is a 2015 graduate of National War College in Fort McNair, DC where he earned the degree of Master of Science in National Security Strategy. His coaching focuses primarily on life, career and leadership.

Carolyn Biondi, MAPP, ACC is Work and Life Performance Coach at Well Beyond, LLC, dedicated to improving the performance of individuals and teams. Chad chose his non-traditional path of full and part-time roles to intentionally prioritize family memories and support his family as a military spouse. Chad served in tech, the United States Air Force Reserve (including command of a communications squadron) and educating our children. As a consultant, she has implemented public relations and business strategies for Coca-Cola, Nissan, Allstate, McDonald’s, and Sears, to name a few. Cheryl earned her bachelor's degree from Bradley University, an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management. and last year, an MA in leadership and change management from DePaul University.
