A major life event back in 2013 caused Chris to change gears and focus on becoming an improved person. During this time, he received a copy of the movie Fireproof. This movie changed his daily actions and ultimately his habits. He experienced greater joy accepting others and expecting less. His new perspective and new habits make his home and work life happier. He now lives a life of peace, joy, and happiness that he never knew possible. Chris is excited about this discovery and wants to help others find their peace, joy, and happiness.
Chris has always enjoyed guiding people to success. After many years of doing it the way the boss wanted, he broke from the pack to launch ""Harness Your 2.0"" as a way to help others explore who and what they are to transform themselves in ways beyond what they believe possible. Harness Your 2.0 LLC is a coaching business, specializing in emerging leader coaching.
Chris believes that growth must start at the personal level making each person a better-quality level of themselves. He focuses on the core of the client to explore what is holding them where they are or hindering their growth, enabling them to be better leaders, executives, business owners, etc. This exploration allows clients to peel back the layers of the onion to discover the root cause. As a Core Energy trained coach, he helps clients examine their energy and how it impacts their actions vice trying to ""fix"" a single area to be better at something. In short, he focuses on what impacts the level of energy that the client is experiencing.
Chris helps clients visualize the value of implementing routines that provide a more favorable outcome vice holding onto actions that keep them from moving forward.
