Insightful and passionate is how my style of coaching has been described. My coaching focuses on clients to emphasize what is possible in the present and look forward to the future. The goal is to facilitate change by getting to the core of self-discovery, awareness, and choices from diverse perspectives. Coaching co-creates a partnership with clients to create, grow, and expand by changing what isn't working and improving working areas by addressing desires, goals, and objectives. I received my undergraduate degree, Magna Cum Laude, from Strayer University in 2007. In addition, I am respectfully certified from The Coach Training Academy and credentialed as an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF). With a decade of experience in the coaching industry, I specialize in emotional intelligence and resilience to address common stress triggers and overall holistic well-being, self-awareness, time management, and career development through strategic coaching, training, and facilitation.

Dan Weigold works with leaders, people in career transition and those with ADHD. Dan delivers customized coaching for individuals or groups who want to improve their leadership potential, teamwork, conflict resolution, anger management, work life harmony, and time management skills as well as managing career transitions.
With a background in project management, process development and software engineering Dan has served as an IT Manager, and Research and Development Manager during his employment with Hewlett Packard/Agilent and as a Project Manager at Compassion International.
Dan holds a Master’s degree in Leadership from Duquense University and a Computer Science degree from the University of Colorado. He received his coaching certification from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC),. Dan is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Dan has spent 7 years with AbleTo.com helping people manage personal change and to help develop new behaviors that would allow them achieve their desired objectives.

Dani is a Certified Professional Life Coach; she is a graduate of the Certified Life Coach Institute and holds an ACC credential from the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is trained in Positive Intelligence, Stress Management and is a Trauma Sensitive Holistic Practitioner. Dani’s focus areas are Betrayal Trauma and Mindset Coaching. Dani draws from personal life experiences and formal education and training to support and guide clients on their personal growth and development journey. She provides a safe space conducive for exploration and discovery, and works in collaboration with clients to create the life that serves their highest good. Dani has also been a certified yoga therapist for five years.

David is a professional coach and consultant with more than 25 years of experience in business and consulting. David works with individuals, teams, and leaders to help them identify their unique strengths and talents, align to purpose and values, define goals, and achieve progress towards their most important objectives. He enjoys helping people and teams become high-performing and capable of achieving amazing results.
David has certifications from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and International Coaching Federation (ICF), and holds a B.S. in Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA).

Debbie Leoni, President of Being Fearless Coaching, is a Master Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation. As an Executive Coach, Debbie partners with senior leaders from Fortune 500 companies and diverse industries and backgrounds to help them unlock their full potential and achieve their personal and professional goals. Debbie has over 18 years of experience as a certified coach, speaker, and facilitator, and holds the prestigious credential of Master Certified Coach (MCC) from the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Debbie uses the Integrative Enneagram Personality tool to assist her clients in understanding their internal world and what motivates them.

Dan George is an Executive and Leadership Coach. He brings a unique blend of years of experience as a senior leader and expertise in personal development to help his clients go further, faster. Dan has 35 years of delivering global programs and building world class teams for some of the world’s best technology and professional services firms, including 20+ as a senior leader. Dan is a known people developer, leader of leaders, go-to career coach and mentor, and learning leader. Dan founded Dan George Coaching and Development in 2019 and Front Seat Leadership in 2020. He resigned from an Associate Director position with Deloitte Global in early 2020 to focus solely on coaching. His clients include senior executives, entrepreneurs, ministry leaders, aspiring leaders, world class athletes, and those in career transition. Dan has a B.S. Dan Woodruff is an executive coach specializing in helping professionals navigate midlife career pivots. With an ACC credential from the International Coaching Federation, Dan empowers his clients to gain clarity and confidence during times of transition.

Before becoming a coach, Dan had a successful career in brand strategy and creative direction, working with companies like Chewy.com, Office Depot, and Petco. His experience leading large-scale creative initiatives and partnering with C-level executives gives him unique insight into the demands of high-level leadership.

Outside of coaching, Dan enjoys traveling and practicing meditation. His personal and professional experiences fuel his passion for guiding others toward meaningful, purpose-driven careers.

Daniela House holds a BS in Healthcare Administration and is currently pursuing a MS in Leadership and Organizational Development at the University of Texas at Dallas with expected graduation date August 2021. Daniela went through the University of Texas at Dallas Executive Coaching program and graduated in August 2020. She is the proud owner of Evolve Coaching LLC. From a business perspective she wants to focus on providing leadership coaching to professionals with cultural and international backgrounds.

Debbie has over 20 years of experience in helping individuals unlock their potential. She is passionate about guiding her clients through transformative journeys. Her approach is rooted in empathy, active listening and tailored strategies that empower individuals to set and achieve meaningful goals. Debbie believes in fostering a supportive environment where each person feels valued and motivated to explore their strengths, overcome challenges and embrace change. Debbie has a BA in psychology, M.Ed. In Counseling and a PhD in organization leadership. Debbie is certified by the International Coaching Federation, and has numerous certifications in assessments such as the Social and Emotional Intelligence Profile, DiSC, and MBTI. Debbie currently works for a large healthcare organization in Maryland and Washington DC where she supports healthcare providers and their teams to work effectively together to deliver exceptional patient care. In her spare time Debbie delivers educational programs through Catholic Charities and acts as an interpretive guide for the National Park Service.

Debra Payne, Ph.D., is an ICF Professional Certified Coach who specializes in ADHD Coaching. Debra earned her Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota. While working as a college advisor at Western Governors University, she trained as a coach at the University of Texas at Dallas. She currently owns her own business. Debra helps people identify and accomplish their important life goals while dealing with everyday distractions. She began her coaching career working with undergraduate college students, dissertation writers, and faculty members. She then began applying her "get it done" skills to her work with professionals in the corporate world and in government agencies, as well. Debra has experience coaching online groups, teaching workshops, and providing both individual and group coaching.
